Stress or anxiety can be a common complaint with most people in today’s society and you may encounter it at some point. A certain amount of stress and anxiety can be dealt with naturally and we are able to cope with our daily lives admirably with no evident problems as long as it stays within our ‘safe levels’.

Stress and anxiety can affect our lives and the quality of life when it becomes too much for us to cope. When we have excessive and prolonged stress this can lead to some serious health issues and can affect not just our well being but those around us at home, work and in social situations.

Increased and prolonged stress can lead to illness, emotional and physical exhaustion, increased anxiety and could start to lead to panic attacks. When we have excessive pressure from work, our home or social factors we tend to respond with either anxiety, anger or depression or a combination of all three.

You will be able to control your anxiety levels and have a calmer, more confident approach to all situations that you encounter. Its success can be aided, by the use of self-hypnosis and/or a relaxation cd/download, which you will receive during the initial consultation. It is advised that you listen to the track daily before your first session.

The cd/download will recreate the calm state experienced during the hypnotherapy session.
